INOVA was founded by Dora Klanjčec, an experienced project manager. With a degree in Psychology, she began her professional path working in the AI industry. 

Dora began her career at Photomath (now part of Google), and later worked at CroAI, the Croatian AI Association, where she led a wide range of national and international projects focused on digital transformation and AI adoption.

This includes large-scale European initiatives with partners across the continent, such as AI4Health.Cro, ADRA-e and AI4VET4AI. Her work involved administrative, financial, and logistical project management. She also led a major project funded by the National Foundation for Civil Society Development in Croatia, which brought AI education to teachers across the country – reaching over 2,700 of them, or roughly 5% of all teachers in Croatia.

In addition, Dora was involved in organizing Croatia’s largest AI conference – AI2Future, as well as the AIWeekend conference, and organized numerous meetups, micro-communities, and various technology-related events throughout the country.

Through INOVA, over the past two years, Dora has been working extensively with small and medium-sized businesses across various industries in Croatia. She supports them in their organizational development, helping improve efficiency and profitability through the implementation of modern technologies.
